WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept direct deposit, credit card and paypal.  Direct bank deposit BSB number is 733140 Account Number 532138. We also have Afterpay and ZipPay.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

We aim to get your parcel out within 24-48 hours. If we do arise difficulty in posting your parcel, we will contact you.

HOW IS MY ITEM SHIPPED?

All items are shipped via Australia Post or a courier and a tracking number will be provided upon request.   All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to avoid the risk of damaged goods.   If you wish for your item to be registered, please advise and we will add this cost to your postage.  Orders are packaged in either bags or boxes.  Sometimes, your order will be packaged in a recycled box in our bid to help the environment.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your order is lost in the mail, please contact Austalia Post with your tracking number and advise that your parcel has not arrived.  If they are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at info@sweetlittledreams.com.au and we will try assist you further.

IS PICKUP AVAILABLE?

Yes! Sweet Little Dreams is based in Melbourne, Victoria and pick up is available from South Morang or Macleod.  Please email info@sweetlittledreams.com.au to arrange collection time or contact me (Anna) on 0419 507 643.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ITEM?

We offer a flat rate of $9.95. | All orders over $150 receive free shipping. 

Express post is also available  for $15.50 should you want your parcel delivered urgently.   Next day delivery is not always guranteed as a courier may be used in some instances.  This may be decided on the weight of your order.

If your item is considered to be bulky or live in a rural area  and wish to have your parcel express posted , we reserve the right to charge additional  costs. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders to New Zealand and the rest of the world are shipped based on weight. All overseas orders ARE NOT tracked.   Sweet Little Dreams takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. 

If a parcel is RETURNED  to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or as an undeliverable item for other reasons, there will be an extra charge to post the parcel back to the customer.  We will contact you should this occur with your options.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving you order.  We will provide you with a store credit for change of mind purchases.  We DO NOT refund for customer error or change of mind. We will be happy to exchange the item, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging and tags.  If we find the product has been returned in an unsalable condition and find that it has been used, we have the right to refuse an exchange.

All returns are to be posted back to Sweet Little Dreams and include a self addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be returned in. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. Original postage costs WILL NOT be refunded.
