We aim to get your parcel out within 48 hours, most often sooner. If difficulties arise in posting your parcel, we will contact you.
All items are shipped via Australia Post or a courier and a tracking number will be provided. All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to avoid the risk of damaged goods. If you wish for your item to be registered, please advise and we will add this cost to your postage. Orders are packaged in either bags or boxes. Sometimes, your order will be packaged in a recycled box in our bid to help the environment.
If your order is lost in the mail, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number and advise that your parcel has not arrived. If they are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try assist you further.
We offer a flat rate of $8.95. | All orders over $150 receive free shipping.
Express post is also available for $15.50 should you want your parcel delivered urgently. Next day delivery is not always guaranteed as a courier may be used in some instances. This may be decided on the weight of your order. If you have chosen express shipping and weighs over 1kg, the fastest available courier will be utlised in this instance. Please note that Express Shipping refers to the transport of the parcel, and though we aim to get your parcel out as soon as possible the 48 hour processing time (or the time frame stated on made to order products) is still applicable. Express Post is not available on all items, and it is noted on the product page if an item cannot be sent express. Please see below information on Bulky Itemsfor more information.
Orders to New Zealand and the rest of the world are shipped based on weight. All overseas orders ARE NOT tracked. Sweet Little Dreams takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. Any customs or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Sweet Little Dreams.
If a parcel is RETURNED to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or as an undeliverable item for other reasons, there will be an extra charge to post the parcel back to the customer. We will contact you should this occur with your options.
Express shipping and International shipping is not available for bulky items. Items that are not eligible for express or international shipping are stated on the product page. If you require a bulky item urgently, please contact me at info@sweetlittledreams to discuss your options. Please note that Express Shipping cost will not be refunded on orders where Express is selected as the shipping option and the order contains bulky items as stated on the product page.
Large and bulky items such as Play Mats and Storage Case Sets are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping. The shipping amount for these items will be clearly stated on the product page and will appear during the checkout process.
